The Road To 100:
INSPIRING CONVERSATIONS HAD: 45 (as of 08/28/23)
My intention? To bring hope to the millions of ADHDers who need some from the people who have some to give.
I am writing a book that will feature one hundred stories of how ADHDers have overcome obstacles of all shapes and sizes.
My book is not about ADHD people achieving fame and fortune but about ADHD people achieving higher levels of success and happiness.
My book reveals how people with ADHD of all ages, genders and skill sets are overcoming shame and transforming the trajectory of their lives and relationships.
How do we UN-shame ADHD?
We have conversations. We unmask. We break chains. We turn dark to light. We give our ADHD experiences air. We pursue our true North. We begin to love and accept ourselves as we have been made. We smile more. It’s hard work to liberate ourselves from regret and shame. We do this to live happily ever after.
I am convinced that your defining moment can inspire many more.
One true story of perseverance and tenacity can start a ripple of happiness and prosperity in our community.
Can you imagine what 100 will do?
There is no better time than the present to sprinkle a bit of positivity into our complicated worlds.
How can you be one of the 100 stories?
Here’s how I define ADHD UN-shamed:
A peace-filled state of mind achieved when we begin transitioning negative self-talk and insecurity to self-love and confidence.
